Hop! Kids website offers a number of services such as text editing, file uploading and photo sharing. In light of the inherent lack of privacy on the World Wide Web, the user is solely responsible for his/her actions when using the Hop! Kids site and its services. If the user is a minor, responsibility for his/her use will be at the hands of parents or legal guardians. We strongly suggest closely reading Hop! Hop! Kids is equally not responsible for damages related to communications holding companies, internet suppliers, international dialing suppliers, personal equipment and user implementation. Hop! Kids is not liable for the availability and/or accessibility of information, content, style, reliability of information and its accuracy as they appear on the site.
Hop! Kids does not guarantee that the site will be intact and its content available at all times. Disturbances to the orderly operation of the site may be caused by problems with the Hop! Kids website itself or other factors and will not be the responsibility of Hop! Kids.

My Hop! Album - Banned Materials
Photographs of a pornographic, gruesome, harsh or otherwise inappropriate nature are not to be uploaded onto Hop! Kids' image bank. Personal photographs or images disclosing recognizable personal features, as well as materials that may compromise the safety of a minor, are likewise barred from the site.
Materials defined as intellectual property and protected by copy rights are not to be used without the knowledge and consent of their owners. Hateful messages, inciting propaganda against a corporation, a group or an individual are strictly forbidden, as are materials that can directly or indirectly offend any persons, race, sex, or religion. All these are firmly prohibited and will be addressed immediately. Removing these images from the website will be the first and immediate course of action. However, Hop! Kids reserves the right to treat predators with an iron fist and persecute them to the fullest extent of the law.

Materials uploaded onto Hop! Kids are not monitored and/or edited regularly. Hop! Kids management is therefore not responsible for these materials. Hop! Kids and its management, however, reserve the right to delete messages, posts and personal websites that have been found faulty or inappropriate.
Downloads
Certain materials such as wallpapers, files, programs and assistance tools may be downloaded from the Hop! Kids website.
Downloads are a service provided by Hop! Kids, and are free for paying members. However, gaining a membership with Hop! Kids should not be understood as a deal for purchasing downloads. Downloads are only a part of Hop! Kids' range of services and we do not guarantee that downloads will be available and updated at all times. Hop! Kids further reserves the right to discontinue its downloading services or update them as it sees fit. Discontinuation of the site's downloading services should not be understood as an inequitable deal or a failure to deliver the goods included in the membership purchase.
The use of downloads will be the sole responsibility of the user/member. Hop! Kids will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused to computers and/or programs and/or files as a result of downloading. In accepting these terms, the user hereby acknowledges that downloads require the downloading and installment of files from the internet to his/her personal computer. The user further accepts that this process will be done by him/herself and that he/she must have the technical knowledge and ability to do so. The user hereby takes full responsibility for the use of any downloads on the Hop! Kids website.
Our Downloading services should not to be interpreted as a guarantee made by Hop! Kids to supply any form of backup services and/or installment services and/or any other service. The downloads on this site come as-is and will not be tailored to fit the specific needs of customers; their hardware and/or software.
We therefore advise members who do not know how to operate downloads, install them and maintain them, to refrain from doing so on their own and seek proper help (which will be paid for by the member individually and separately from his/her Hop! membership).
Discontinuing Use
Hop! Kids reserves the right to change and/or modify and/or update and/or add or remove materials from the website. Hop! Kids is entitled to discontinue and/or limit use of the site and/or its services for a limited time or permanently as it sees fit, and without notice.
The customer hereby accepts that should Hop! Kids terminate its activity before the membership expires, he/she will have no claims towards Hop! Kids.

However, our longstanding company policy prevents us from accepting creative ideas and innovation suggestions from customers. We hope you understand that the reasoning behind this policy is to prevent potential conflict that may arise if Hop! Kids decides to expand its base of operation or range of activities, and its new ventures appear to be identical to those suggested by customers. To prevent such potential problems, we ask that you not send us any original ideas, including suggestions for storylines, characters, screenplays, etc. Should suggestions be sent to us despite this disclaimer, these ideas will become the property of Hop! channel LTD., giving us the liberty to make any form of use of it, commercial or otherwise, without notice and without any kind of compensation made to the sender.
Unless otherwise indicated, the formal authority on all legal matters related to Hop! channel LTD. is based in Israel and is meant to be used in Israel. Use of this site outside of Israel will be the sole responsibility of the user. The user will be responsible for according the Israeli terms of use with the laws and regulations enforced in his/her country of residence.
It is hereby agreed that the Tel-Aviv, Israel court system will be the only legal authority to deal with the terms of use of this site and/or all that they entail. The Tel-Aviv court of law will operate under Israeli State Law and the cases brought to it will be interpreted by this court alone.
